Description

The Russound 4 Source 4 Zone Multiroom Audio System enables you to have music or audio output playing in 4 rooms from 4 different sources. Based on the tried and tested A-Bus distribution system this is a simple system which can be installed by a competent DIYer or electrician. Distribution is via readily available CAT5 network cable and the system doesn't require any complex set up knowledge so it's ideal for the small developer or refurbisher.

The system is based around A-H484 distribution hub. This is normally situated in a central postion in your property and your source equipment (up to 4 sources) are plugged into it using standard phono cables. From the hub you run CAT5 cable to the A-K4 keypads in each room where you want music. Then from the keypads run standard speaker wire up to ceiling speakers.(not supplied in this kit)

The A-H484 Distribution hub with the addition of another power supply with up to 4 keypads can also provide music output to 4 sub-zones. A sub-zone can only play the same music as that selected in the main zone. Ideal for an ensuite bathroom or for larger rooms where you want 4 speakers.
