Product Description
This product does not work with Vera or Veralite
The Z Wave Temperature / Dry Input Sensor device is operated by battery and combines a temperature sensor with a binary sensor using dry input connectors. The functions of both sensors can be used alone or together. The device can be attached to any flat surface using double sided tape and requires an AAA battery to operate. The device has a tampering protection switch that is suited for applications where the dry inputs are used for security related application. Wheteher the connection is closed or open the binary sensor will issue a command. The temperature sensor needs to be polled in order to get its value.
