This Z-Wave PIR sensor SP103-2 by Everspring offers excellent motion detection at a competitive price. It can be used to turn on other Z-Wave devices such as lights, sirens etc. or it can be used to trigger macros using appropriate software.

I bought 1 of these for the garage and the EZ motion for indoors. This was easier to setup and gave better results. I bought another one of these for indoors and sent the ez motion back as the temp and light sensors didnt work anyway.
This is the one I will buy in the future.
