Description of Z-Wave USB Adapter with Battery

This Z-Wave Series 2 USB Adapter with Battery manufactured by Aeon Labs connects a Z-Wave network to a PC or Mac using a USB port. It requires that you're running suitable Z-Wave software as it doesn't come with any Z-Wave control software itself.

This device will work with the standard Z-Wave protocol used with most software packages including:

• Homeseer
• IP Symcon
• Embedded Automation
• 4HomeMedia
• ControlThink
• Indigo 6 for Mac

NOTE: Although all Z-Wave capable software solutions work with the serial API for Z-Wave and can work with this adapter, some software packages may require a certain PC-adapter for licensing reasons. The use of this PC-adapter in these cases maybe unsuitable.
