A straightforward system which uses X-10 wireless security sensors, and can transmit X-10 powerline signals. It can also be linked to a standard phone line, allowing you to arm/disarm the system and control X-10 devices. It can also call you if the alarm is triggered.
Simple and very easy to use, the whole system can be completely set up from scratch in 5 minutes flat. The X-10 integration works well, and it was able to send a clear signal to control appliances anywhere in the house.
Some features can feel a little too basic - for example, no zone names, and tiny fixed indicators which are almost too small to read. The telephone link on mine also sometimes gets "confused" if interrupted during dialling, resulting in a hung line, and the built-in siren is rather quiet, so make sure you buy an external one.
If you want a basic security system capable of integrating with your HA setup, or even as an entry level controller, this will do the job nicely. If you have an RFXCOM receiver/transmitter and suitable software like Homeseer, you can even check the status of the panel and sensors, and arm/disarm the system over the internet, making this an easy and inexpensive way to integrate security into your HA setup.
Overall good value for money, just don't expect too much sophistication at this price!
