I bought one of these units as a replacement for an old system that broke down having first made some enquiries with the retailer to check that it was what I needed. My 'e' mail enquiry was dealt with promptly and subsequent delivery was within 48hrs of payment.
The unit was easy enough to install and seems more than powerful enough to operate my double sectional garage door. Subsequent enquiries with the retailer have also been dealt with efficiently.
