Description

The Marmitek TIP10RF smartphone to X10 interface allows you to use your smartphone or tablet to remotely control your X10 devices via your router and internet connection. It works without the need for a computer, so is ideal for controlling your X10 devices when you are away from home. The TIP10RF sends X10 RF signals out to control your devices, so you will require a TM13U Transceiver module or a CM15Pro to pick up the radio signals.

The TIP10RF is controlled from your smartphone or tablet. Currently the app is available for Android devices.

TIP10RF Pros and Cons

Easy install, very simple but basic operation just on/ off and dimming.
Not reliable, need each time or most of the times to put the dynamic ip address that has been assigned from my router.
also whatever select the dynamic ip or static ip it works with dynamic only and i failed to operate it outside my house using the static op address, may be a i need clear instruction and have another try.
Also software is very basic i tried to use it on my apple iphone, ipad and my wife iphone each one need to programme the code and identify the module type if on/ off only or on/Off with dimming? Which is painful and i think the Tip10RF can't use in one time by different user.
I hope this is help, if any one has more information to me please do.
