Had to install this twice before the servers would start automatically. The documentation is poor but the support forum is pretty helpful and I was fully running after 2 days tinkering. There seems to be no access security built into the internet access facility. The event scheduling feature is clunky & it takes a long time to configure a house full of x10 devices. Also it is not possible to download events to the CM11 controller to operate when the PC is switched off. I will probably continue using ActiveHome in parallel with Harmony.

When I bought this product, I thought it was going to not that well with my Computer because of some of the requirements needed but it was that good that it did start working! I give it 9 out of 10.
