Electric Mortice Lock - 12v DC

This 12v DC operated mortice lock is suitable for use with the DoorGuard 300 video phone entry system, or any other door locking appliance that can provide or switch a 12v DC current.

It is suitable for most 'Yale' style slam shut doors (front doors, etc) and is available in two types - fail locked and fail unlocked.

Fail locked - If the power fails, the lock stays active (use this type for front doors and security doors)

Fail unlocked - If the power fails, the lock opens (use this type for fire doors and emergency exits)
