Features - Camera
Excellent color during the day, switching to sharp monochrome at night using it's built in infra-red illumination. The Night and Day camera offers the user the best of “Both Worlds” for CCTV applications.
The camera is IP57 rated so can be mounted outside without any additional housings or expensive heaters.
This camera is available with a choice of 3 different lenses, the standard 4.3mm lens, a wide angled 3.6mm lens and an extra wide angle 2.9mm lens
Day and Night functionality: When the built in light sensor detects the light fading, the camera automatically changes to night vision mode and activates the built in infra-red LEDs, giving a high quality black and white night time image, up to 11m (33ft) from the camera.

The HDR-04MP is a digital video recorder which can handle multiplexing across 4 cameras in one box.
The images that it records from your cameras are stored to a hard drive that can be interchanged to increase storage capacity.
A DVR has many advantages over traditional analogue recording as it removes the need for tape storage and produces images without streaking or tearing. Additionally video can be indexed by time schedules or events and accessed instantly through the buttons on the front of the unit.
The simple embedded front panel controls allows the user to browse through recorded images, change the camera view, set-up the product, etc.
